Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026

Operator and scope

This policy describes how Kenneth Clauwaert operates Aestera Studios, an independent project that creates AI-generated digital wallpaper collections and prepares selected content for user-directed social sharing. Aestera is not a separate registered legal entity.

Information that may be processed

Depending on the workflow you request, Aestera may process your TikTok account identifiers returned by TikTok, OAuth access and refresh tokens, collection metadata, selected wallpaper media, and technical records needed to operate and troubleshoot the workflow. The project may create technical logs; secrets are not intentionally included in those logs.

TikTok connection

TikTok OAuth information is used to perform the requested social-sharing action. Tokens are stored using the project's local secret-storage conventions and are protected with reasonable access controls. Aestera uses TikTok as a third-party service and does not control TikTok's processing. A connection does not mean that Aestera silently posts: you must complete the edit or posting action in TikTok.

Media preparation and Cloudflare R2

Selected images may be processed locally to prepare a carousel or other social asset. For TikTok to retrieve selected images, Aestera may temporarily host them as publicly retrievable files in a Cloudflare R2 bucket served through media.kennethclauwaert.com. These files are limited to the requested media, are not intended as a general file-sharing service, and are removed according to the project's retention and storage practices. Cloudflare and TikTok may process data under their own terms and policies.

Purpose, retention and sharing

Information is used only to create collections, prepare requested social content, authenticate the requested integration, verify uploads and maintain the workflow. Data is minimized where practical and is not sold. Local project records and hosted media are retained only as needed for operation, troubleshooting, or an in-progress sharing request, subject to applicable backups and platform processing.

Your choices

You can disconnect the TikTok integration by removing its authorization in TikTok's account or security settings and by requesting local token removal. You can also ask what information is held for your workflow or request deletion where applicable.

Contact and updates

For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. This policy may be updated when the workflow changes; the date above identifies the current version.
