What Aestera provides

Aestera Studios is an independent project operated by Kenneth Clauwaert. It creates AI-generated digital wallpaper collections and may prepare selected images and captions for user-directed sharing on third-party platforms.

Using the content

AI-generated content can contain unexpected details and is provided for the intended digital use described with the collection. You are responsible for how you use, edit and share content, and for complying with applicable law and the rules of any platform where you submit it.

Social sharing

TikTok and other social sharing are initiated by your request. Aestera does not guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, process or publish submitted content. You remain responsible for reviewing content and completing any final edit or post action in the platform.

Availability and third parties

The service and its supporting files may change or be unavailable. No uptime guarantee is made. The workflow depends on third-party services, including TikTok and Cloudflare-hosted media delivery, whose availability, policies and decisions are outside Aestera's control.

Intellectual property

Rights in the website, software and source materials remain with their respective owners. AI-generated output may not have exclusive or clearly defined rights in every jurisdiction, and third-party material or platform rights may apply. Do not represent Aestera output as human-made or claim rights you do not hold.

Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aestera is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Kenneth Clauwaert is not responsible for third-party platform actions, outages, content decisions, lost drafts, or indirect losses arising from use of the workflow. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Disconnection, termination and updates

You may stop using the workflow and revoke its TikTok access at any time. Access to a workflow may be ended when it is no longer maintained or is misused. These terms may be updated as the project changes; the date above identifies the current version.
